V5.0A : Quorum disk in use

Hi,

ES40 Firmware 5.8-43 Memory Channel - Virtual Mode

I'm building a V5.0a cluster and have built the O.S.
disk, then the cluster disk, and created the first
member. I booted the first member successfully and then
added the second member. When I try to boot the second
node it gets as far as adding the node into the cluster
and then fails with the following msg:

CNX MGR: cannot form: quorum disk in use

It keeps repeating this until I halt the system. I tried
taking down the first member and then the second node
does get added into the cluster with the quorum disk and
then fails with the following msg:

Warning: cfs_perform_glroot_mount: cfs_mountroot_local
failed to mount the cluster root fs with error =6

Each member and quorum disk has 1 vote. I checked the
memory channel and the jumpers are both set to 512mb.

Any suggestions here? Thanks.
