In the context error 5 is usually an I/O error. You
may have one or bad blocks that have corrupted the
particular file system. Reading the block triggers
a domain or system panic. Check the error log for
I/O errors. AdvFS may be logging more extensive
information about the errors in one of the log files
under /var/adm. This may provide detail about which
files are affected or whether the problem is in the
file system metadata. You may have to replace/repair
the disk, recreate the file system and then restore
from a good backup.
Without more information about the underlying I/O
configuration it is hard to provide good advice.
-----------------------------
I've replaced the disk and other problems occur. Just to let you know ,
it was a problem with one of the 2 memory cards where the slots 5 and 6
where faulty ....
