searching for file transfert program via serial line

Hello ,

  I want to transfer files between a tru64 station and a NT station via
serial line
  is there a tool under Tru64 thant i can use with standards NT programs?
(such
  Hyperterminal). I don't want to install PPP or SLIP, i need a simple tool
only.
