I hava a problem with NetRain switch over timeout.
The boxes are Alpha Servers 8400 and are running Tru64 UNIX 4.0F.
One of the boxes has 2 DEC500-AA and works very good. (4-5 seconds to NetRain switch to the other network card)
The other box has 2 DEC500-BA and NetRain takes about 20-25 seconds to switch to the other network card!
The 4 ports on switch are with the "spanning tree" algoritm disable, so my question is:
Do you think it's because of in one box i have DEC500-AA and on the other DEC500-BA? Should i replace the 2 cards DEC500-BA with DEC500-AA?
