All suggested me to use kermit.

I have to transfert many big files from an NT station to an XP900 (Tru64
V5.0)
I use a simple null-modem cable
First, on the XP900, I typed: kermit -l /dev/tty00 -b 115200 -r
So, I opened en hyperterminal session (at 115200bps) on the nt station and
sent the files.

The average transfert rate is 3300 CPS so i have to be patient! but it
works...
