N/w problem...

Hi,
        I have n/w thru put problem with my n/w interface on my ES 40
well whenever I try and connect to another machine I get pathetic thruputs ..
If I try and do an ftp transfer the get and put difference is 10x
(i.e get is faster on the ES40 ).
The card on ES40 is set to full duplex fast.
Any Ideas what is going wrong ...
