emx.db from emx.info

Is there a way to create an emx.db file from an emx.info file? Compaq took
out all the change target mapping stuff in emxmgr on the newer tru64 unixes
(at least 5.1 does not have it), and I think I might need to do some target
mapping to get my third party raid to work. Thanks
