Has anyone else experienced problems with EMC arrays? I've got an ES40
running 4.0g that sees the array just fine, correct number of devices, etc.,
but has some apparent synchronization problems when the raw devices are
accessed by Sybase. Cooked file systems utilizing the EMC disks appear to
be fine. Sybase is actually reporting the error - the OS doesn't seem to
notice anything wrong - so it may be just a Sybase problem. I have rebuilt
the server from scratch, scrutinizing every step, and don't see where the
problem could be.
