UPDATE: inconsistencies between showfdmn and showfsets?

Hi,

I've had a few helpful responses so far, but have yet to discover the
inconsistency. Both Joe Ledesma and Stuart Hartley suggested using vdf -
but this still produces an inconsistent result; Stuart also goes onto
suggest using /sbin/advfs/shfragbf to get an idea of space lost through
fragmentation, but still doesn't make up the difference.

Peyton Bland suggests something on the lines of the "minfree" parameter
which is applicable to UFS, but I don't think this applies to ADVFS - can
anyone confirm this?

The original post is below. Will summarise, if I manage to find a solution.
