Hi -
I launched SWCC 2.0 from my NT workstation to check on our RA300 connected
to our DS20E. I get a message saying:
"No agent running on specified host"
When I go on the DS20E and run /usr/opt/RTHR210/scripts/swcc_config22 and
choose to enable the agent (choice # 7) I get:
The agent is currently NOT running which is strange since it
seems to be Enabled. If you answer 'y' to the following question
I will disable the agent. Remember: The agent will not run again
until you use this function to enable it.
Do you want to DISABLE the agent NOW? [y,n,q]
so I choose y and then enable it again (#7) and get:
There appears to be a problem. Your agent did not
start. You may have to reboot the system to start the
agent. Before doing that, make sure your configuration
is correct, then try this option again. See the man
page (agent.8) for more information.
Press RETURN to continue:
This was running a few months ago and I haven't changed anything. I
rebooted this system about 3 weeks ago (Oct. 13) and I don't believe the
agent started then.
I even deleted the subsystem (option #2) and then re-added it and I get the
exact same problems.
