SUMMARY: Makemap crashes on Tru64 UNIX 4.0F

Hi all.

Problem solved. I was removing one library after another and it boils
down to Berkeley DB 3.1.17 on Tru64 UNIX 4.0F. That was crashing my
makemap. Luckily, I had DB 3.0 as well and libdb-3.so was just a
symbolic link. Changed that to point to libdb-3.0.db, rebuilt makemap
and it works.

I'll be rebuilding the whole package now.
