NCD terms and Tru64

This is strange as can be... NCD terms (don't have model #
handy) which work PERFECTLY with Solaris have very (*VERY*)
strange behavier with tru64 v5.x (not tried on v.4)

Login is ok, but most of the time windows do not come up. For
example, if you try to fire up dtterm, it says it is doing it
and nothing comes up. (however, ps shows it is running!) This
happens for file manager, sysman and just about all the others.
However, perhaps due to sunspot activity, it sometimes DOES
work. If I login to my solaris box I have no problems, all
windows/apps work without a hitch.

THe strange part is, I have tried on a dozen tru64 boxes all with
the same results, AND, if I use my Linux box with "X -query ip",
I have no problems. So I have ruled out the tru64 config...

I have talked with NCD and support is lacking to say the least.
Has anyone else had any strange problems with thin clients like
this?

thanks
