As I`ve learned there isn`t any tool or a set of tools that show I/O
addresses and interrupts for all devices present on the system however as
suggested this information can be gathered from many different sources
which are:

1. '/var/adm/messages' file.
2. dia DEC Event Utility - did not try it.
3. SRM console (after shutting down the system with 'shutdown -h now'
command). For ISA hardware on should run isacfg command. For EISA
hardware ECU (Extened ISA Configuration Utility) should be invoked with
ecu command (ECU floppy is required). - The latter worked for me as my I
needed to know which system resources Microsoft Sound Board (EISA) was
allocated.
4. SRM console 'show device' command.
5. kernel and driver sources.
6. lsof utility
(ftp://ftp.cerias.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/sysutils/lsof) - did not try
it

Many thanks and best regards to all who responded:
