Peoples,
At the moment I cannot get to the archives and the day is winding down so I will
ask the question to the DL.
I was just given a OpenVMS tape that has a vmsdump file on it. (I've never
worked with VMS) Were pretty sure we can get the file off the tape however my
questions are:
1. Will I be able to extract the contents of the vmsdump file?
2. Will Tru64 be able to read the files or will they need some type of
conversion?
We are currently running Tru64 Version 4.0F and 5.0.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
