I've got a question. Last week I posted a question about how I would go about backing up a system disk.  I had also mentioned how I use Networker to backup the filesystems.  I got quite a few responses, and they all agreed that vdump/vrestore was the way to go.  My question now is why am I using Networker to backup the filesystems, and vdump to backup the system level stuff.  More to the point--why am I useing Networker at all.  Couldn't I just use vdump exclusively?  Perhaps I am missing something.  Maybe some of you could tell me about your backup strategies, and what works / didn't work for you.  Thank you so much in advance...
