Demo Licence for Compaq C++?

Would anyone know how to go about obtaining a demo license
for C++. The web page
(ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/C-Cxx/Tru64/cxx/beta/loan.htm ) mentions
a trial two month license
but just gives a US 1-800 number for contact. An email contact
or a non 1-800 is what I need.
