Changing number of log directories

It seems that (at least under Digital Unix 4.0F) syslogd keeps 7
directories in /var/adm/syslog.dated. Is there any way to change the
number of directories? I'd like to keep more logs, and I guess I could
write a cron job to copy them elsewhere, but I was wondering if there
was any config change that would do this.
