Printcapentry for Lexmark networkprinter

Hi, can someone give me a printcapentry for the Lexmark optra T612
networkprinter so I can change pagesettings etc.

I currently use:

# Postscript printer - remote
#
lp0|0|lp:\
        :lp=:\
        :rm=lex:\
        :rp=raw:\
        :sh=true:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/lpd/lp0:
#
# text printer - remote
#
lp1|1|lp:\
        :lp=:\
        :rm=lex:\
        :rp=text:\
        :sh=true:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/lpd/lp1:


but with this entries I cannot change the default settings. For instance pl#66
has no effect.
