I/O Error accessing shared storage

Hi,

I have a 2 node V5.0a cluster with some shared storage
that is working without any issues.

I then added another V5.0a node(not as a cluster member,
only for testing purposes) onto the fiber switch and am
able to see the devices through the hwmgr command. Since
I have more local drives on this new node, all the
shared drives have different dsk numbers than the
cluster. I thought I needed to make the drives the same
dsk number as the cluster so I used the dsfmgr -m
command to reassign the device special files.

I try to issue a disklabel command and I receive an I/O
error trying to access the drive.

Is it possible to access these drives with this non-
cluster member?
