[SUMMARY] Tape Library NOT Visible

Hello;

Thanks to Dr. Tom Blinn for fast and accurate answer.

Original problem was that our Alpha DS20E with Tru64 UNIX 4.0F did not
see our new AIT library. Solution was extremely easy. Tru64 4.0F does
not accept SCSI IDs above 6. So I changed IDs of the library from 13 and
14 to 2 and 3. That was it.
