Summary: Create Advfs domain

Thank you, Bevan Broun, Richard Tame, and Jim Lola, who all pointed me the
right direction.

I had to rebuild the kernel (run doconfig) with "options MSFS" somewhere in
the /sys/conf/<hostname> file to rebuild the kernel with the required Advfs
facilities. Apparently, MSFS is the original name of Advfs, and kernel
modules still carry this name.
