Xclient connection on a machine that has a serial console.

        hello friends;
        my problem is about xclient.
        I have two machines which are one of tehm has a serial console (A)
and other one has a graphical console (B)
        when I try to connect to the machine B with a xclient no problem
because it has running a x server backround
        but there is a problem in X connection with machine A.
        I think that I must run an X server backroundin machine A but how or
what shoul I do.
