Please help, if you can.

My 4100, which is a backup server, more and more often
crashes when the backup load becomes heavy.

AXP 4100 , 4 CPUS
Digital UNIX V4.0D
patch kit DUV40DAS0008-20001110
( kzpba_v40d_bl13 patch tried, didnt make a change )

panic call stack is one of

  pzaintr spo_process_rsp spo_remove_queue_entry spo_map_unload_ccb
_XentMM trap panic

or

  spo_isr_thread spo_misc_errors spo_ret_carrier remque _XentMM trap
panic

Tape Library and tapes are connected like this:

pci1 at mcbus0 slot 5
  pza0 at pci1 slot 3
  pza0 firmware version: DEC P01 A12
    scsi2 at pza0 slot 0
      changer at scsi2 target 2 lun 0 (LID=7) (DEC TL820 (C) DEC
1G4F)
      tz19 at scsi2 target 3 lun 0 (LID=12) (DEC TZ88 (C) DEC
D473)
  pza1 at pci1 slot 4
  pza1 firmware version: DEC P01 A12
    scsi3 at pza1 slot 0
      tz28 at scsi3 target 4 lun 0 (LID=13) (DEC TZ88 (C) DEC
D473)
  pza2 at pci1 slot 5
  pza2 firmware version: DEC P01 A12
    scsi4 at pza2 slot 0
      tz37 at scsi4 target 5 lun 0 (LID=14) (DEC TZ88 (C) DEC
D473)

I tried to run with tz28 and tz37 disabled and I tried to run with tz19
disabled. Doesn´t help.

Thanks , merry christmas
