TCPIP Window size

Merry Christmas to all Tru64'ers!!!

I have a Compaq GS160 (wildfire) server, 16 cpu's, 16GB of memory and 3.4TB
of DASD. This server
is running Tru64 version 5.1 PK1. I am trying to debug a problem with
tcp/ip packets on the server for
our Connect:Direct software product. What I am trying to find out is:

How can I find out what the current settings are for tcp/ip?
How can I change the default tcp/ip window size to 64K?

Our network people tell me that my tcp/ip window size may be set too small
and to increase it to 64K
to see if our file xfers to a host in Georgia (it's a mainframe) across a
dedicated DS3 line will perform
better. We are supposed to get around 5.4MB per second on data xfer but we
are currently only getting
about 1.1MB per second.

How can I check and monitor tcp/ip traffic on a Tru64 server running version
5.1 in depth to include
the actual packet size being sent/recieved? Your assistance would be
greatly appreciated. The summary
will follow with the resoltion....if I get one...

Thank in Advance,
Dennis Peacock
