Where to download upgrade to 5.0A?

I'm a bit confused about this.

I find all sorts of patch kits in
http://ftp1.support.compaq.com/public/unix/ but nothing jumps out as the
upgrade form 5.0 to 5.0A

Is it out there somewhere?
