AIT tape drive errors

Hello Experts;

I need your help considering our new installation of AIT library. From
the very beginning I cannot persuade the library internal AIT drive to
work. From time to time I get errors when using the drive. tepex usually
fails as well somewhere along its way, too (usually during "Writing and
reading past the end of media" test). I do not know if it is drive, SCSI
controller or configuration problem. Bellow I attached some of errors I
get at console plus hardware details. Please advice.
