Hi managers

I have one problem that could be simple.
When i try to open a web page, being logged as a simple user in the
system, i notice that the
proccess is taking too much cpu time and at the end there is nothing to
but
to kill -9 'ps id'.
The output of ps is as follows
______________________________
bash# ps aux|grep netscape
hhoxha 11453 97.2 7.0 52.5M 36M ?? R 12:01:27 0:07.21
/usr/bin/X11/real-netscape -name netscape -xrm *nsMotifFSBCdeMode: True
-xrm *rot13Message.documentationString: Unscramble ROT13 encoded message

_____________________________

and the output of ulimit shows that my cpu time is unlimited and the
core size to
Do i have to try to use this command to limit my cpu or this
could only be done at sysconfigdb?
thanks in advance
hysen
