I was given allot of help on this Thank you all who replied. Anders Trier
Rasmussen <trier_at_dfs.dk> initially emailed me with how to correct it. And
Denise Dumas <dumas_at_zk3.dec.com> gave me the exact definition of the
problem and also how to correct it. Bellow is the definition and solution.
Thanks again.

Hi Josh,
The symbol is a new feature we added to 5.1 (but oops - forgot to include in
the help file). It indicates that the account is disabled (as opposed to
administratively locked). Disabled means the account is in breakin evasion,
or passwd expired etc - from the usermod manpage:
grace_limit=n
When an account becomes disabled because of an expired
password, break-in evasive action, or exceeded login inter-
val, a grace period provides an interval during which the
disabling condition is overridden and the user may log in.
This successful login will automatically clear the disa-
bling condition and the grace limit. Note that this does
not unlock an account that has been administratively locked
or that has expired. The grace limit specifies the number
of days, starting immediately, that the user has to log in
and re-enable the account.
Did you notice the green button labeled "Enable"? Select the user with the X
and click enable - the X should go away because dxaccounts gives the user a
grace limit.
