how to increase maxuprc?

How can I change the "maxuprc" (max # of processes per user?)
I don't see it in /etc/rc.config or /sys/conf/SYSTEM_NAME

Ever since our webserver had it's files moved to a non-local machine,
mounting them by nfs, we've been getting a slew of these errors:

vmunix: task_create() failed for pid 11287: maxuprc (=64) exceeded for uid
65534.
vmunix: task_create() failed for pid 11287: maxuprc (=64) exceeded for uid
65534.

which if the web server isn't restarted occasionally, causes web server errors:
httpd: [Mon Jan 22 09:23:05 2001] [notice] child pid 15353 exit signal
Segmentation fault (11)
httpd: [Mon Jan 22 09:23:23 2001] [notice] child pid 16142 exit signal
Segmentation fault (11)

Thanks,
Dan
