The consensus appears to be:
make "top" suid to root.
changing permissions on /dev/kmem creates a possible hole allowing users
to read memory and obtain priveliged information. I basically felt this
was the case, but on my Suns the default is to allow read permission,
so...
I thought this was likely the case, but wanted to see if there were strong
reasons for not doing it.
