Hi managers!

A not so importent problem:

We got multiple Sun-servers and Alpha's running, and wants to make a
performance-test in a serious way. Does anybody have a suggestion to how we
could do this, in a way there is "fair" to both system? Programs to use,
stuff like that.

The systems involved in a test will properly be Sun Netra T1 vs. Compaq
DS10L. Of cause there is differences in the IO-system on theses two
(standard RAM and IDE-disk on alpha vs. Sun Ram SCSI-mirror on ultra-sparc),
but I suppose some kind of CPU-intensive test would be fair.

Of cause SUMMARY and later on, results of the test, will be published here.
especially if the AlphaServer wins ;-)

Thanx a lot in advance.

Med venlig hilsen/Kind Regards
