SUMMARY: Route Problem

Well...everybody agrees that the static routes should be in the /etc/routes file, so I put them back in there (I had moved them to the /etc/inet.local file). Some people suggested to double check that the /sbin/init.d/route script exists, and is set to run at boot time. I checked, and it's there, and it's looking at the right file (/etc/routes). I can't really reboot the system (unless it crashes), so I will just have to wait and see. I'll post more if the routes still don't get added. Thanks for all your help everybody...
