First I'd like to thank Bryan Lavelle,

Olle Eriksson, Bill Kirk, Dr. Thomas Blinn and Peter Reynolds for
their
answers. All of them pointed out that my guess was right, it is a HW
problem.
Some of them also stated that the most important line is the
following:
Mar 12 12:36:41 as4100 vmunix: panic (cpu 0): System Uncorrectable Machine
Check
which is in /var/adm/messages.
The next step will be the replacement of the CPU board, if it
arrives...
Until then, a crash reboot takes place in every half an hour...
