Running a script as a different user.

Hi all,

I have a script that has to be run as a specific user, no matter which
user runs the script. How can this be done. This script is also in
ASEMGR and loads on startup. If the script runs as root, the output
file permissions are changed, and the billing runs fail due to the
inability to access the output files.

Anybody that can, please help....
