Hello all
I've just received a new (second user) ES40 server. Whilst installing TRU64
for the first time - X-Windows kicks in and the screen goes blank (Frequency
from video card exceeds that of the monitor I suspect).
Video card is a fairly standard Elsa Gloria 8mb. I Have a simlar cards in
other Alphas and have not experienced this problem before.
Questions:
1. Any sugestions for monitors that will deal with this...
2. I notice this card has a 5mm jack socket with a pair of glasses next to
it. My other alphas do not have this - what is it for ?
