Osf boot problem

Hy gentlemens,

I have to restore a Tru64unix System version 5.0A with this procedure and i
get the message:

Can not open OSF_BOOT

1) Boot from the cdrom b dka600
2) run Unix Shell
3) run diskconfig to setup special partition on disk
ps: Disk are mirrored
4) create root file domain and file set:
mkfdmn -orF /dev/disk/dsk0a root_domain
mkfset root_domain root
5) mount root domain on directory point
cd var && mkdir tmp1
mount root_domain#root /var/tmp1
6) restore the root
vrestore -xvf /dev/ntape/tape0
7)halt the system
fasthalt -y
8) boot the new restored disk
b dra0

Error message when jumping to bootstrap

can not open osf_boot
