Summary: 73 Gbyte disktab entry wrong or not

Thanks to Tom Blinn:

The "disktab" entry method is largely disparaged (obsolete). It made
sense when many disks could not be relied on to know their geometry.
If the disk is at all modern, it knows its geometry and reports it to
the host when queried.

Don't trust the "disktab" entry you were given. It's apparently not
consistent with the drive's actual operational parameters.

So i've done well for the last years and our disks, especially the 73 Gbyte
disks, are well configured.
