Tru64 V5.1 Trace

Hi
        Attempting to compile trace for Tru64 V5.1 getting undefined symbols error.
EF_A3 and EF_T8 undefined. They are used as indices in array references. Has
anyone seen this? Am I missing an include file ? Anyone know of a trace that
compiles on Tru64 V5.1.
I need trace to troubleshoot a Oracle 8.1.7 install.
