I have been having quite a few problems with this combination - for example

* core dumping when trying to add a data file bigger than about 1 Gbyte
* core dumping when trying to do various DML on large tables - I would
expect graceful error messages
(out of rollback space or whatever).
* sqlplus silently truncating output files greater than 1 Gbyte.

Just wondering if anybody has experienced/heard of bugs with the above
combo. I expected file size
limits of some sort , but not 1 Gbyte. General reliability with larger
amounts of data has been alot worse
than I would expect (and not even all that large - e.g. 46 million records).

Cheers
