Ernie LaBonte of Compaq kindly sent me the unsupported ppdof filter
kit and I installed it as per the instructions/examples on a Tru64
V4.0F PK#4 system. I have the following entry in /etc/printcap:

But when I try to print all I get is:

What might I be doing wrong?
