SUMMARY: How to add more vdumps onto a previouly written tape

Thanks to Mandell Degerness, Chris Ruhnke, Oisin McGuinness, Dr. Blinn, and
John J. Francini.

Command "mt -f /devices/ntape/tape-id fsf seod" skips all savesets and
positions toe the end of the last saveset. By following Dr. Blinn's
recommendation, I issued /usr/field/tapex -m to verify the contents.
