Managers,
We have installed a 3X-DE600-AA NIC in an AlphaServer 4100 running
Tru64 UNIX V4.0G & TruCluster 1.6. When we do a "show fru" & "show
dev" the NIC shows up with a name of "ei0", but when we boot the
GENERIC kernel & build a new kernel, it fails to show up in the
configuration file. I have found reference to a New Hardware
Delivery CD for V4.0F. Is this also necessary for V4.0G or is there
something else I am missing?
