xntp desyncronization in 4.0G

Does any one has installed XNTP for
clock sycronization in 4.0G + PK2?
One of my AlphaServers (two node AlphaServer GS160 cluster)
is getting late by some minutes (not good for Oracle8 Parallel Server).

Any known patch, suggestion, comments?
