UUCP error

All,
When using UUCP I get the following (4.0G)

uucp /etc/hosts rsbbvqua!/var/spool/uucppublic/test_hosts
$ Unaligned access pid=23491 <uucico> va=0x11fffbc4c pc=0x12004e9dc
ra=0x12004e95c inst=0xb5a30000


Any ideas as to what is causing the error?
