Permanent xhost...

When we access the report server of Oracle IAS 9i (running on Tru64 v5.1 on a DS10) using a front-end browser (IE 5), the access to the report server does not materialise unless we log in as root on the DS10 console and run "xhost+" on it. Also, when we log off from the console, the browser reports an error accessing it. Hence, we are forced to keep the console logged in with the "xhost" command on it.

I know there should be a way out of it (have read about the xauth also); however, as there is no "user login" on a terminal in this case, but a browser access to an application; how do I ensure that this "xhost +" command is perpetually "built-in" for the report server application?

Thanks in advance.
