[Q] Interaction between NHD kit and 4.0F PK solved?

Dear all,

when the last 4.0F patch kit was released a number of "early adopters"
(ie. unwilling testers) who had NHDv3 installed (probably to support
the Intel EtherExpress card or "ee" device) suffered from it.

The question, quite simply put, is if Compaq has fixed this problem in
the latest patch kit for 4.0F (released at the end of June but message
via the mailing list arrived only yesterday)?
