SUMMARY: sendmail versions on 4.0F PK6 and 5.x

Everyone agrees on 4.0F pk6 (4 votes for 8.8.8)
but 5.x was varied. For 5.1-specific, I got one
vote for 8.9.3 and 8.9.4. For 5.x, I got an 8.9.3
and an 8.11.3.
