I am looking for a good console terminal server, any suggestions?

What I would like is a Terminal Server that will allow me to telnet to the
server and
connect to a particular port, permitting connection to the console port of
the Unix
system connect thereto.

Features I would like are:
Allows what I call 'reverse telnet' so I can telnet to the system connected
to it's ports
Allows a 'vt100' terminal emulation or is totally character blind
Is standalone or near standalone (i.e. no load file required, or one time
flash load)
Is easy to configure for this reverse telnet operation
Rack mountable so that I can put it in a 19" cabinet with my systems
Provides about 8 or more ports per unit
Has local port configuration (name to port configuration)
Uses standard off-the-shelf cabling between it's ports and the systems
(MMJs and DB25Ps)
Can, on remote command, generate 'Break characters' on the target port
 Uses NIS to authenticate access
Has locally programmable password for 'system' level access

thanks
