[SUMMARY] TCP/IP printing from v5.1 to Apple LW 16/600

Well, this one had me completely stumped, but ultimately it was
fixed.

Many thanks to Udo de Boer and Selden E Ball, Jr for giving me
their thoughts. They set me on a direction that seems to have
solved the problem, altho I'm still confused as to why, but I
can print, so it doesn't bother me. :-)

A few years ago, I had set our Apple LaserWriter 16/600 PS to
the 'Up Switch Position', which allows for custom configuration of
the protocols that are accepted thru its various ports. In an
attempt to prevent random printings, I'd specifically set the TCP/IP
port to only recognized Postscript jobs.

Apparently, that was the problem. I switched the setting to "Autoselect"
(ie between PCL5 and Postscript) and now I can print.

Still doesn't answer why our old 4.0D machine could print to the
machine, but what the hell, it prints now, so I'm satisfied.
