thanks to Jesper Frank Nemholt for his response. The
round-robin-switch-rate is the number of context switches per second. I
left it at 26 rather than the default of 0 and I don't seem to see any sour
system performance.

Thanks,

Subject: round-robin-switch-rate.

Admins,

What would the effect on system performance if the
round-robin-switch-rate attribute was set to zero? We have 2 systems
running the same application (4.0F, 5.1) on the 4.0F system it is set to
zero. On the 5.1 system it is set to 26.

Thanks in advance,
